During the last pregnancy and for nearly three years after giving birth to our child my wife was sharing her milk with me (and with other men). It had a sweet, sligthly metallic taste, but after all it wasn't so much about the taste, but about the whole experience – tasting her milk from the bottle wasn't really pleasant. Also, it doesn't work good with coffee – I tried it and was rather disappointed.
We are a wifesharing couple (not so much into swing, because I'm not interested in having sex with other women) and because of her fantasy about being bought and forced into obedience, my wife used to do "hobby escorting". There was an extremely high demand for her services during the pregnancy, which wasn't very surprising, but even afterwards, when she was "only" breastfeeding, she would be meeting many men who were exclusively interested in breastfeeding. I love breastmilk and I'm fortunate to have two lovely lactating ladies in my life right now. Been lactating for an awfully long time now, and I've been working as a wet nurse/cross nurse and pumping for several hours a day to donate milk over most of those years. Definitely couldn't have done so if I didn't enjoy it. Never really had much experience with it with a sexual partner though, but I enjoy it even if it isn't sexual. With vaccines out and things quieting down slowly, I've had plenty of simple joy from just nursing in general.

As for rimming, I'm definitely a fan, though my dog isn't. My horse doesn't mind, so he gets all the rear love.

Definitely a bucket list thing for me, but I've never been with a woman who was producing, nor do I plan to have kids, so it's not likely to happen.
