Interesting. I'm not sure about dogs, but in my experience most cats won't get in your lap if you're naked. I've experienced one exception, though. Many years ago I lived with a very affectionate cat who always wanted to be on me--not just in my lap, but lying over my body with his face in my face or on my shoulder. Even if I was naked (e.g., sitting on the bed right after a shower, trying to get ready for work), he'd be trying to get in my lap. The fur feels nice, but he also wanted to knead. Im more of an occasionally nude person. Not only because i dont live alone so im secluded to my room but also because being nude all the time still feels a little weird for me.
