The Rise and Fall of D.O.D.O. by Neal Stephenson and Nicole Galland. And I've got I Alone Can Fix It by Carol Leonnig and Philip Rucker arriving next week.
I started "Mein Kampf" but it's just bad. Won't read it further. I am surprised that so many people said that it's a great book. It's not. Just a lot of nonsense and
Why you need to read about it when Joe has us doing a pretty damned good impression of LIVING it??? Or perhaps you're treating it as an instruction manual so you know how to survive it if/when Joe and Nancy and the rest of the imbeciles in DC manage to make it full-blown reality?American Marxism
I have a 2 volume edition in German. An interesting read. Especially for those who want to understand the minds of such people...I started "Mein Kampf" but it's just bad. Won't read it further. Aren't there five parts to that? Or does 'The Book of Merlyn' not count for some reason?Just moved onto the fourth and final part of "The Once & Future King" T.H. White's Arthurian tales.
This final part is called 'Candle in the wind' which makes me think of Marilyn Monroe.
I love listening to Lovecraft audiobooks as I go to sleep, something weirdly relaxing about the cosmic horror. I really prefer the Dreamlands stuff from Lovecraft, it's cool and there's a lot less weird racial baggage (Looking at you, Horror at Red Hook and Call of Cthulu)Favourite author.
