What book(s) are you reading at the moment?

Am listening to Ron and Clint Howard's book, "The Boys" The audio book is narrated by both Clint and Rod

Am also reading Tom Peters book, "Excellence Now: Extreme Humanism"

Highly recommend them both

In the last month have read: Star Wars Knight Errant, Warehouse 13 A Touch of Fever, Star Trek TNG Armageddon's Arrow, Star Trek Voyager Eternal Tide and Full Circle.

Last night started reading WoW War Crimes.

I really like erotic and horror porn books
last one I'm reading is A novel of extreme Horror by Matt Shaw

Between the 23rd and the 1st while on vacation I: finished War Crimes, and read Star Trek Voyager: Homecoming, The Farther Shore, Spirit Walk 1 & 2, and WoW Tides of War.

Yesterday started Blood Debt by Tanya Huff.

I used be an avid reader way back in the day. Hoping 2023 will be my year to start reading again. I'm going to look through the previous comments for suggestions. I'm open to any you all may have. Any genre. Thanks.

The James Ellroy crime fiction series L.A. Quartet

Always loved the film adaptation of L.A. Confidential (one of my favorite movies from the 90's) and now I'm finally reading through the books! So much bleaker than the film. Very engrossing though

Finished The Battle of Betazed

Starting the Dragonfire Rain trilogy by Daniel Arenson, and crossing my fingers it doesn't get progressively all graphically disgusting and dark like Song of Dragons and Dragonlore did.

I'm on the second book of the Harry Potter series. I feel like I've missed out a large portion of references to the books my whole life that I just barely remember from the movies. A highly recommended set to read.

I started Eric by Terry Pratchett like 6 months ago... I intend to finish it one day so technically I'm still reading it even though I haven't touched it in 6 months

Began reading Ovid's Metamorphoses. Started the first book with much hype, but the story of Io is just unrelatable. How could she be so upset with being transformed into a cow?

Finished Dragonfire Rain on Friday. It didn't get progressively as overtly dark and putrid has his other trilogies, but his obsession with the graphically putrid was present throughout.

After much hemming and hawwing over what to read next started on Revan, book one of the Star Wars Old Republic series.

I had to read “the classics” in high school and college. At my age, my reading list consists of such classics as, “Mom’s Donkey Urge”, “The Preacher’s K9 Wife”, and “Sister Goes to the Dogs.” I suppose I’ll never make the local book of the month club, but I can finish one of these literary treasures in about an hour.

Finished 11 books in January.

Star Trek Voyager: Spirit Walk 2
Blood Debt - Tanya Huff
Blood Pact - Tanya Huff
Star Trek TNG: Battle of Betazed
Dragonfire Rain Trilogy - Daniel Arenson
Star Wars The Old Republic: Revan
Star Wars The Old Republic: Deceived
Star Wars The Old Republic: Fatal Alliance
Star Wars The Old Republic: Annihilation

Plus a few short stories.

I also realized that my free time focus is becoming so dominated by the additional reading that I found myself saying "I want to play this game, but I've got more reading to do". A flip flop of the old "I'd like to read that, but I'm playing this".

At this rate I'll end up reading over 100 books this year, still only a fraction of the thousands I have downloaded.
