I see that several people have Australian Shepherd on their list, including me. IMHO, they are one of the sexier breeds, especially among those of us who appreciate medium sized dogs. They are right up there with huskies, IMO. They don't have that "wolfy" look about them, but those I have met have been sweet, lively, outgoing, and it goes without saying, good looking.
