Well, I can't say I exactly enjoy walking in the wee hours of the morning in sub-45 degree F temperatures, I kinda have to. But the doggy gals aren't getting any younger, and the exercise is not only really good for them, but it's actually really good for me too.

Not exactly, my previous generations were "Boers" cause they are farmers but they mingled with some English speaking Dutch people so eventually we just Dutch descent but speak English.

Scandinavian languages would be Danish, Norwegian, Swedish and a bunch of minority languages with just a couple of thousands of speakers.
For me, I speak both Norwegian and Swedish, depending on situation, but they are so similar so a foreigner would have trouble telling them apart.
With relatives I either speak Norwegian, English, French or Vietnamese.
