Trying something a little different with it tonight. I normally coat it with soy sauce, then add pepper, truffle salt, garlic, and onion powder (or flakes). But I actually ran out of soy sauce. I could have sworn I bought a bottle last week since I knew I was low, but apparently I did not. I decided to use A1 steak sauce as a substitute. It's been sitting in the refrigerator for awhile now because I don't typically use steak sauce myself.
I'm also having some Toucan broccoli which is basically broccoli with salt, garlic, pepper, parmesan cheese, and bread crumbs. Just to make everyone extra hungry today! Lol
It's on!
Instead of just frying the fish I will BBQ an entire salmon fillet, tendering it with seasons. (Ok maybe I will not be the one at the grill).
The mashed potatoes will be in cups and I will flambé them.
Grilled veggies at the side and home made remoulade sauce, spiced up with some chili flakes.
I like to cook. And I can't allow Floofy to be the only one that makes an effort in the middle of the work week.
And as I have a "visitor" that loves to stand by the grill, I might as well put him to good use.
