I feel this on a deep spiritual level when trying to find content or game content of this nature since it is basically scarcer than rain in the Atacama, gods forbid if they are also fetish related too which is like trying to find a rain cloud on the moon.
 
When it comes to games your not likely to find it anywhere near something like steam or the like due to puritans running it and/or legalitiies in forign nations (there are many countries that make such content illegal to see secondhand, let alone own hence why the conan thing doesnt surprise me.) Mods are about the only way for big time games to do such. LoversLab's Sexlab framework for skyrim is one of the few you can use for it, though its a somewhat smaller forum so not many devs to make much (on top of modpocalypse 3 right now making most mods non functional again, thanks todd.) There are maybe 3 or 4 on there who focus on such content and work together to overcome gamebryo's jank. Several of those creators work is here in image already such as More Nasty Creatures and Yiffy Age of Skyrim. While i agree certain aspects are lacking in the content department and wish i was better with code myself to make more then whats there, i also know its rare for a reason since most think it just a fetish and dont know animals very well or don't want to out themselves if they do. If one has the aptitude for coding or modeling there is always the option of making your own modded content for something or even their own game with gadot. As for full games, most likely place to find them would be through older flash sites or try to find a small non-mainstream platforms and follow the devs on their own websites when found. With how underground we have been driven as a whole it will be difficult to find without them being here themselves, but you never know whats really out there until you leave the big companies grasp to look.
 
The old classic RPG Arcanum: Of Steamworks and Magick Obscura have brothels in some towns. One (up in the north I think) gives you a list of options, from females to males to be with. And last one is a goat. And yes, you can pick that one. You don't see anything as the screen is black, but I think they added some fun sound effects.
I think one of you companions makes some comment as you pick the goat, but not entirely sure as it was so many years ago I played it.

Also in Fallout 2 you get a perk if you had sex with a lot of NPC:s (you can literately be a porn star in New Reno, and seduce/fuck both the wife and daughter of the most powerful and feared mob boss in the city if you work for him). The description is "Let's face it, you sleep with anything that walks on two legs. And sometimes you are not even that discriminating" So there is a hint for it.

There is also a farm where some NPC:s mention how there have been some one headed brahims born. As you ask around about it, the young farmhand (or was it the farmer's son?) goes all defensive about it without you even mentioning sex or that you suspect him "What... NO, I have not done anything to them. Must have been some strange new mutation" or something like that. Yeah, that guy been fucking them at night, that is for sure.

Really late getting back to you but you can check u18chan(.)org or f95zone though these sites pirate a lot of furry content.

If you don't mind reading games (interactive fiction) Flexible Survival has plenty of fetishes with decent RPG mechanics. On Patreon there's a dragon farm sim game in development now. Also there are furry games on Itch.io under furry tag NSFW.

Skyrim has like the most content i think so far i mean you can mod it to where you are sexing the horse while riding it. But sadly its been updated and most of the mods dont work anymore due to that so it may be a bitch to actually downgrade qnd then get the mods to work. F95 is where I go, wildlife isnt all that great, theres a few sex animations. But not that great to be honest.

For Skyrim "The animal mansion" was a mod I REALLY enjoyed. but none of the versions ever worked weel and I could never complete it. I would love a game based entirely on that mod.

I dont think it was ever complete. It was just being added to. Kinda like getting a porn game that is only updated to right before you have sex with the person. (Which sucks on many levels)

Yes! I’ve played Animal Mansion many times, always hoping there was more to come. That was many years ago. I also loved a mod that I don’t remember the name of, but there was a secret shrine that prompted you to fuck a little of everything. I believe I had a Mistress Beast tramp stamp, or something like that. The animations were kinda crude, and it didn’t matter…always got me crazy wet.
