Yeah, it's something I tried to review yesterday (the report in question) but I couldn't get the videos to play on my phone.

Here's my analysis...
Video 1: She seems not particularly interested nor disinterested. Although with the lack of happy dancing it would indicate that she more than likely did not achieve an orgasm. As, normally when they do, they'll "happy dance" meaning that the flip out, run around, and become very playful. While she didn't get a whole lot out of it herself, I wouldn't necessarily call it "abusive" either. Just really mediocre sex in general.
Video 2: Like you've mentioned, the tail lifting is definitely not ideal. Nothing prevents this. There are videos on the .net of actual toasters and black&white mickey mouse cartoons which get used as fapping material. And even screenshots of "Terminator 2" which are used for this reason.
