Yeah, it's something I tried to review yesterday (the report in question) but I couldn't get the videos to play on my phone.
But yes, it can be a tricky subject to tackle sometimes. As many videos are close up, so it's hard to see what their facial expressions are, if there's any leg movements such as "stepping dancing", and body/torso twisting, etc.
You also have those weird cases like the "Lisa Vaginal" video where it looks like the female dog is consenting to sex and is enjoying it, only to discover that the man in the video was doing horrific sadistic shit to the dog off camera and in other videos.
If you are talking about the videos I reported, they worked for me. Guy grabs her tail to get it out of his way, and she instantly tucks it back between her legs. Here's my analysis...
Video 1: She seems not particularly interested nor disinterested. Although with the lack of happy dancing it would indicate that she more than likely did not achieve an orgasm. As, normally when they do, they'll "happy dance" meaning that the flip out, run around, and become very playful. While she didn't get a whole lot out of it herself, I wouldn't necessarily call it "abusive" either. Just really mediocre sex in general.
Video 2: Like you've mentioned, the tail lifting is definitely not ideal. Typically what I do is a wait until my girl parts her tail which sometimes takes a bit of "fooling around" to achieve, but a lot of times simply giving her a nice lower back rub will get her in the mood.
