I remember when going down to the dairy (convenience store etc) with like $5 get a pie (meat) a drink, bag of chips and lollies and still get change... these days good luck getting a bottle of milk n loaf of bread for under $10... (New Zealand here)

My dad would say inside the house after sunset...then he would close the door and lock it...and turn off the lights! Dad ment business...lol
