Hay guys ! I hope you're all doin great ! :gsd_happysmile:
The user ldb0475 Original Thread sparked the idea of an inflatable cocking wich you can inflate in your bitch
and what should I say, I loved the idea !

Good thing is that I have a decent CAD and 3D printing knowledge so I jumped right into work.
As mentioned in the original post/thread I opened a new thread for updates.
And as promised here is a picture of the ring so far !

I'm currently improving the hose attachment part. It is a bit to flimsy right now and (obviously) to edgy :D

I would love to hear from you what you guys thing ! If you have any improvements or wishes feel free to contact me or write it right down in here !

Oh that looks good, what material would you make it out of?
I saw the original thread and thought about how to make this idea myself. I was thinking of making a thin plain cock sheath with the ball ring, then using silicone adhesive to fold the sheath part back into the inflatable part, and inserting the tube at a right angle so it doesn't get in the way. I haven't got enough time at the moment to design anything but maybe next year, and I still have left over silicone to make it with.

I'm planning on using silicone and pouring it in one go :)

Cool, I think the biggest headache is making it hollow so it inflates. I'll be watching to see what you come up with ?
I tried with some scrap silicone (Ecoflex 00-30), and it stretches similar to a balloon at around 2mm, any less and it tears, so the mould would need to be pretty precise.

This is a really cool idea and would totally buy one if they work!
 
surgical tubing to withstand repeated cycling i.e. the inflatable part should be covered in silicone, but if you expect it to inflate evenly and not burst, I'd suggest a loop of tubing (peristaltic pump tubing, maybe?). You could even put a one way valve with a metered release so it deflates over 5 mins or so. Neat idea!

That are some really good ideas ! ?
I planned on using 6mm food safe silicone tubing and I already changed the way how the hose attaches inside the ring. It is also planned that the whole thing is casted (in one peace) with silicone. I made some strength test with 1mm thick silicone "walls" and they are pretty strong. My goal is it to make it as light and "stealthy" as possible with good inflation properties ! ?

Hope u guys started in to the new year pretty well I will post some new pictures hopefully this week !

Depending on how he makes that and where it's positioned... ie if the connection port wasnt connected to the ring but was flexible and extended away from the unit so when the ring was inflated the port wasnt next to the infalted ring... the connection port could double as a nub for clitoral stimulation outside the vagina.
 
I love this! And as a bonus, even though this is not a realistic idea, but it would be perfect if it was able to detect when the guy wearing it was cumming and inflated at that moment or over the span of a few seconds.

On the side of reality, what about a piece of tubing about a half inch wide that is flat when worn around the member and can be inflated to a slightly thicker pseudo knot instead of a small strip of tube? If it had a sturdy base as the ring then when inflated it should take the rough shape of a canine knot as well. And it would be a little easier to glide in and out of the chosen hole until inflated.

I would love this product to be actually made.
I do think that designing it so that it won't slip off and doesn't hurt the orifice of entry by having sharp angles are the two largest design challenges.
In my experience with silicon sheaths, once they're nice and lubricated, have trouble staying on for any sort of real play.
 
For this to work it will have to expand inwards and outwards so that it grips your member and inflates to form the knot. I would position the air valve tube so that it runs along the underside of your member
 
This is a great idea! We had been looking at the sheaths from FetishZone. I would need the XL and based on out current inflatable dog cock dildo, whe would be able to take me wearing it, so this idea is awesome. I hope you can make it, I would be a customer!
