Exactly why this particular sector is short of experienced workers lol. $100k of training to maybe get $35 hour part time job to build experience until getting a decent paying job. But at least after a year and half experience jump up to six figures with easy progression to $200k+

So worth it lol

I don't know $200+ an hour sounds pretty good. That's norm across the industry. The most competitive company tops out about $370ish and hour
