I blame you for sending me a PM and getting me distracted! You know I'm easily distracted! Lol. Nah, it is what it is. It was still pretty good in the middle though even if the edges kinda sucked. That's the good thing about those beef tenderloins, they're so thick that it's hard to cook them all the way though unless you REALLY leave it on the grill for a long time.Sorry about your steak Floofy!!
