Granted it's been a couple of years since I've ordered from eBay, but I tended to have a problem with around 30-40% of my orders in one form or another. Whereas I only have a problem with my order around 8% of the time with Amazon, and they are very quick to correct it. Unlike eBay where it normally takes a week or more to resolve a complaint as I think they first send it to the seller for resolution, and only if they don't do diddly squat for a certain amount of time will eBay actually step in.

Hopefully you will, really I'm still keeping an eye out for the original push light, just in case I overlooked it's location. Although I'm not actively searching for it for now and plan to keep an eye out for it when I deep clean the house over the weekend.
