Nah, I have plenty of family members that have been in and out of the military in some form or another over the years, so it's a term I've heard semi-frequently over the years. Lol

Almost instantly I felt welcomed back and accepted. Hard enough out in the real world to feel that way if one has left a group and tries to rejoin that group after a long time, and to me this can only be seen as further proof of how genuinely friendly/open minded many of the people that dwells here are.

And I just wanted to say "Thank you", I really think utterly amazing people exist here and for that I am grateful.

People come and people go on this forum, but I do have a habit of remembering people I've interacted with on here, some good some bad of course. Even though I'm terrible at remembering names and faces in real life, I do often remember usernames on here. If someone wants to dip out of here, while I'm sad about it, I don't take it personally either. But if said person wishes to return, I'm usually open arms about it as well. (Well... unless that said person was an asshole. ?)

There seem to have been repeated DDoS over the last days for some minutes to (very few) hours.
Depending on the amount they just lag everything a bit.

Or it's your line - my mobile radiotower was shut off yesterday evening as well for the time of 69X postings, great. This means 20 kByte/second remaining (in my case). Downloading of mails took 7 minutes.

At the moment it's surely slow.. yep.
