Why isn't there a "request deletion" button as well as "reason:". It would make the process a lot more smoother instead of having to pm someone. It could easily be simple as "accept/decline mechanism or a other option to choose to reply to them"

(If it's not possible then I understand I simply want everyone's experience to be smoother in the long run)
