Well, since I'm lactose intolerant, not very often. But in the rare occasions that I do eat it, I normally go for vanilla ice cream with cookie dough chunks. Add a healthy (or rather unhealthy) amount of chocolate or caramel syrup on top. Mmm-mmm ?

It is what it is. Although I think nowadays there's some expensive probiotics that can help with lactose intolerance. But I haven't looked too far into it.

Not an allergy. The body is just uncapable of absorbing the lactose due to lacking the lactase enzyme. I can't recall that it involves the immune system.
