Unless you have an emergency soon after you've been having sex no, they wouldn't be able to tell if she'd been with a person or mated with another dog, they don't have a reason to be looking for signs of sexual activity unless they're suspicious of some kind of abuse.
 
I don’t really think unless you hang a sign on her tail that says “my owner fucks me”
But yeah just dont take her after u have sex. And please don’t try to clean out her vagina with a douche or anything to hide that she has cum in her lol
 
An hour after sex, semen no longer leaks. What comes out is natural vaginal cleansing secretions, but not always.
So you can take her to the vet half a day later. Unless you are taking her for a pussy exam, it is better to hold off on sex for ~1 week.
 
Yeah, like others have said, unless they're putting some of her juices under a microscope, a day or so is probably plenty.
I have wondered if a free catch urine sample might show something under the microscope if you were super unlucky. Might have to post that one on that ask a vet thread.
