I was soooo scared to tell anyone. But I’ve been with my boyfriend for a while now and it’s the healthiest and safest I’ve ever felt so I was finally brave enough to bring it up. For a while I cheekily hinted at it or when I would say I had a big insecurity I wanted to get off my chest eventually. But he never poked and prodded. I eventually came right out with it and was very open about how scared I was but he took it surprisingly well. He didn’t even think it was a big deal and he was very comforting and reassuring after.
