Only tips I can give would be to focus more on prep the day of than anything else, sure it's a generally good idea to stretch yourself out gently so that you'll be more comfortable with having something in you, but relaxing and stretching beforehand will help out tremendously, give yourself like an hour or two to stretch. If you have a dog of your own, you can do it without problems. You become familiar with him, touching and masturbating him, in this way you realize his size and how he participates in the game.
