from what i know, its largely dependent on when they were neutered, if super young, not likely, if older probably.
 
Can? More than likely. The bigger, more important question is whether he'll have even the slightest bit of interest, cooperation, or enthusiasm. For the huge majority of castrated dogs, the answer is some variation on "GET YOUR FUCKING HAND AWAY FROM MY COCK BEFORE I RIP YOUR GODDAMNED FACE OFF!", with a rather low number of individuals where the response is "<sigh> If you absolutely MUST, I guess I can put up with it", and a vanishingly few very unusual specimens who actually seem to at least somewhat enjoy the concept.

In fewer words, expect to be disappointed, and if he doesn't object - possibly with great force and severity, be amazed that he'll tolerate it at all.

Today I played with his sheath and he seemed to like it, we kissed a bit and I even felt his knot get bigger in his sheath so maybe he enjoys it? But idk if he can cum or anything be neutered

Yes neutered animals can get hard and yes neutered animals can have sex and yes neutered animals can initiate and absolutely love sex! The first dog I've ever been with, the one who took my verginity at 15 was neutered. Animals I've posted videos of myself with on this site have also been neutered. And each one has been initiated by the dog.

Now is there a potential that they will have little to no sex drive.... absolutely I've met some in tact dogs who have absolutely no sex drive. There are many factors that can contribute.

If the dog was fixed before sexual maturity.... basically fixed before the age of 8 months (that is an estimate and it can be different depending on breed/dog) then their sex drive will be super low as they never have developed fully or reached sexual maturity..or had fun before

If the dog was sexually mature and had fun in any way before getting fixed then they can still have sex drive even without balls. You can also have this fun without egging it on or forcing them into it. See what your dog likes bit do not force it...if your dog isn't into it he won't show any signs and he will show disinterest....if he does then he should not be egged on because there is nothing there.... trying to force something there is basically abuse....it's like those awful videos of girls or guys blowing off a horse who can barley even stay hard because they are so disinterested.....no thrusting no anything....just flacid...but people keep being persistent and it's awful. Don't force your animal into sex....now flirting is ok....see if he enjoys his sheath being played with...give it a tickle here and there if he enjoys it and had a bond with you he will show you how much he enjoys it.

I remember babysitting a family friend's chihuahua and he kept getting erect and humping my foot. It was super funny, but also very interesting because he has been neutered, according to his owner.

No. He can't. Most likely won't show a hint of interest. Some dogs will hump, but that's about as good as it ever gets if his balls are gone.

If only people were this involved with civil rights and criminal reform. Without putting names and addresses out there cowboy carl, the owner and i have a mutual relationship in the zoo lifestyle. He said the dog still becomes erect. I begged to differ. He said you can find out when you watch him. Quit the fucking insinuating. Of all the sexual preferences, i didn't think people here would be so judgemental. Fuck off mate
 
Yes they can. Not every pup though. Some have zero interest, some do abit, some hump you. I played with a few. Usually pups are not interested at all but after playing around they might get the idea and would join in. Once pup wasn't even happy being touched but he was around when his owner fucked me and next thing I know he's humping my arm... they can knot you but don't last long. Would pull out after few seconds and then just looses interest.
 
Many fixed dog's do indeed still have mating desires and will mount bitches in heat if they have experienced mating before castration.
The enthusiasm vary and ofc if the dog show discomfort then you leave him alone but id say it is a hit and miss.
The knot will swell and the time it stays on is most of the time only few seconds as there is no ejaculation and as such you should use lots of lube,
Some rare dogs the knot last couple of minutes.
For some dogs mounting is a stress release method but it can get excessive so its not something id recommend specially if its not your dog..
This goes for none fixed and fixed dogs.

When the average thirsty desperate idiot crawling out of the wood works around here wouldn't think twice about fence hopping or snagging a random stray off the side of the road to satisfy their urges.
