We simply do not have the enforcement capability or system advanced enough to detect those. It is up to the end user to be as smart as possible about talking to conplete strangers on ANY website. If someone claims something that is clearly not theirs, we will take action. If something does not seem right, we will allow people to warm others about it.

??? They're clearly all from the exact same gallery/same shoot. Her profile picture is the same as the ones posted around the internet. And she posted other photos from the same shoot. Its all the same.

You dont have to go to any porn sites, all the images are attached. You can clearly see in the attached images it's all the same person, in the same outfit, in the same shoot, and they're claiming to be them.

@noah28's findings appear to be helpful to sieve out people who try to trick others members with lies (even though there is theoretically a tiny chance that a photo that can be found elsewhere on the web does still show the person who registered here).

I also agree with his explanation that using someone else's portrait or other identifiable body part in this forum poses a risk to the person in the photo and is probably a violation of their rights. It would be decent if Zooville would protect these people when the problem is pointed out, even if Zooville can't be held accountable for what a user does with someone else's images.

If that's not possible, then I would suggest to add a disclaimer at the top of the site that urges readers to assume that none of the persons in posted images have any connections to this site and that claims to the contrary should be ignored. For example, 4chan.org/b/ has the disclaimer "The stories and information posted here are artistic works of fiction and falsehood. Only a fool would take anything posted here as fact." at the top of each page.

The person above claimed that photos were of them, when they weren't... that should be the end of discussion, banned. The person in their profile picture is clearly the same person as their other posts, including being in the same album on other websites. There's no "hunch" though, I'm insure of whether we are seeing two completely different images because the person very clearly says that those images are of them, and evidence is provided that they aren't. Also attacking me for being a woman by comparing it to a person publically shown to be stealing photos is literally why there's no women on this site, or why the women who were here never stay long, refrain from doing so in the future before you look more stupid.

Can someone explain to me why we care whether someone is using a fake profile picture or pretends to be a particular gender?
There already is this thread that exposes fake profiles in case someone finds this information useful. On top of that anyone can use the ignore button to seemingly get rid of inconvenient users.

Well, I've always maintained that stupid should be AT LEAST painful, if not outright fatal... If you can arrange to turn the agonizer up a few notches, there might be an increase in the average intellect around here.

For that to work, you need to be dealing with people at least smart enough to link their stupidity to that agonizer being turned up.
For quite a few here, that just won't happen.
