Keep it inside, definitely. More difficult when I need to go out, but even then I sometimes take the risk of showing a wet spot. If I am at home, I will let him finish in me, pull out and I'll lay there for a bit. Get my strength back. Sometimes I will put on my underwear, other times I will let it drip down my leg(s).
