What is wrong with some men here and everywhere?

It's almost like your entire identity is your dick. Why else would someone having a problem seeing your dick == having a problem with you... unless your entire self image is your dick. Some women like long hair on guys, some like short. But if a guy has the opposite of what she prefers, that doesnt mean a woman has a problem with that guy. It's possible for her to just not like his hair but otherwise like him as a person.
JFC some dudes have such fragile egos and cant handle even the slightest negative comment.

it is completely insane to me the way so many guys on the internet seem to act the second they get horny, especially on the internet. And I say that as a man, lol. Just reeking of a lovely mix of desperation and entitlement. I don't know if their brain shuts off or if they never had one to begin with.

Since then... I've made 850-ish posts with a reaction score of over 7500.
You've made 530-ish posts with a reaction score of over 450.

It would be apparent that others on the site disagree with you that my posts/comments are not interesting.
But if you don't find me interesting, that's fine. Put me on ignore, I couldn't care less,. I care about the people who do enjoy what I post/comment here.

I dont really think its that many guys... and I'm saying that as a woman.
Sure there's certain a fair number, but I think their behavior is so bad that it makes it seem like there's more of them.
A friend of mine made an analogy about this a while ago. If there's 20 people in a room and everyone farts a little... You might smell something, but it's not going to ruin a party. However... if there's one person that rips a real bad one... it will send everyone rushing for the door. I think it's kinda similar... the guys who are bad... are really really bad... and everyone sees it and cringes, and as a result when we see 2 or 3 like that we naturally assume there's more. But I can say that of the guys I've interacted with here... the jerks are definitely the minority.

Being a women, I can assure the 'send me pics of your boobs and pussy" messages get old and annoying real quick, but they're honestly just kinda just a minor annoyance unless its dozens a day... and even then its easy to be an ass back to them to get them to leave you alone. But it's the guys who think that we owe them sex that are the real problems. But they do seem to be the minority. Of all the guys I've interacted with here, I'd say they make up at or less than 10%. And while that can seem like a lot if you're talking about thousands of them... that also means the number of decent guys is far far higher.

Yeah, that's entirely fair, and you're probably right. it's probably actually the minority, just a very visible one, particularly if one takes the demographics of online spaces focused on porn/sexuality into account, which tend to skew heavily male in most cases. It's probably just a small fraction that act this way but they're just really noticeable.

I try to be as respectful as possible when I DM someone, especially a woman. The same goes for any conversations I may attempt to start. Despite all that it seems that a lot of them just seem to end abruptly and I can't help but think that some of the women I've spoken to want exactly what you've described and I'm over here talking about movies and music. I even asked a woman on here how she felt about the "dick pic" avatars and she said she liked them. Basically it let her know what that person was here for. I'm not against flirting or sexual conversation, but I always seem to pick the exact opposite type of conversation that they're looking for. That said, I'm open to chatting with any woman that would like to and I'll be a respectful gentleman... unless you say otherwise.?

Hell I'm a gay man and I STILL don't want to look at a dick as a profile pic. As to why some men do it? God only knows, maybe there is some subset of women (or men) that do get off on that and it's worked for them in the past. That's all I can think of.
