No, wasn't being snide. In the article it was all about this voodoo cult rising of women in Africa and the US. There are dozens of them in groups, and they lure men into a situation and tie them up, and force the guys to have sex for days straight. They give the guys caffeine drinks, and take turns for 2-3 days. The article had several male victims testifying to their accounts. It was theorized (the sperm) to be some kind of voodoo love potion ingredient (probably just to sell it or something?). I kinda thought it was a joke at first, but then all the fucked up porn I watched as a young adult made me think twice about that. I wonder how many of those vids I watched as a teen weren't actually staged, would be a perfect cover for women and cops as no one would believe them to be real and not staged. I stumbled across one site some years back too...don't ask me how the heck I came across this one, but it had hundreds of real women into satanic stuff and dead people, and these women were all talking about sex with dead guys, and murdering men. Hundreds of US women.

Well anyway, I would caution guys to be careful and mindful of random groups of women they meet. Don't be lured.

This sounds really, really rapey. Im a guy, and comments like this make my testosterone kinda spike, and I really want to hit you for saying it, but it’s a want, just like sex, not a need. If you can’t control it as you can’t your needs, you should be locked up, or better yet dead before you seriously impact someones life.
 
So, here are my 5 Cent. And they might be rather ambivalent.

On the one hand I also cannot stand the men which send a blurry pic of their limp hairy wiener in the first place and expect women to instantly fall in love with them. Fun fact guys: most ladies either laugh about your wheewhees together with their girlfriends or they throw up in their mouth. Both might not be the reaction you hoped for.
So, it's all about respect. Simple as that.

On the other hand I do like to show myself. My wonderful ladies and friends-with-benefits do tell me that I am not the ugliest and that mother nature really had a crush on me when she equipped my manhood. And guess what? It IS a good feeling when someone tells you "hey... that is one nice tool!" And (I am mostly straight, btw) it does not matter if that compliment comes from a woman or a man. It is just a nice feeling to hear it.
However, if I show myself off, then
- always with consent (there are at least two threads dedicated to it here)
- not as a conversation starter and
- with halfway decent fotos.

Guys! Seriously! If you show wanna yourself then MAKE!!! NICE!!!! FOTOS!!!!!!!!

PS: to be fair, there are quite some ladies which feel the thrill of showing off as well. And the same 3 aforementioned advices apply with women as well!

The biggest issues are, the lack of consent, the lack of self awareness, the lack of awareness that this is a public forum full of people with varying degrees of nudity acceptance, and the lack of understanding that most people besides yourself are going to see your dick/vag pic and recoil in disgust. It depends on how you look at that poll. The last 3 responses would indicate favoring disallowing human dick/vag pictures as avatars.

If you're to count "Yes, but only if it features both humans and animal" as more of a neutral answer, and/or a dismissible option you're looking at 180/162. But even if you include that answer as being "yes" you're still looking at 180/173 which would still indicate that the majority would prefer if they were disallowed.

I would not do so because I'm aware that doing so would make other people feel uncomfortable and disgusted, it's why I hid it in a spoiler. I would not want to unfairly force such an image upon other people out of courtesy.
