What do you do for exercise and activity?

Hockey several days a week, weights and cycling most days, mountain biking, surfing, swimming and running. I ride horses and ranch as well.
 
I try to have a discipline of resistance training/ weight lifting every other day or two. And if I'm too busy, just keeping active such as walks or hikes with the dogs.

I also am very ardent on eating clean since you are what you eat!... well unfortunately dog cum doesn't make you a dog but anyway ? nutrition goes hand in hand with physical activity. Avoid as much unnecessary junk they put in food nowadays.
 
I have a lot of health problems, and one is that I pass out if I stand or walk for very long. I think swimming would be my best option, so I plan on making that my main mode of exercise.
 
Honestly not as much as i should... havent been back to the gym since the pandemic closures, but i garden constantly, walk the wee beasties, and try to hike/walk when i can. Definitely need more
 
Going outside, running and playing with the dogs, hiking.
And funniest of all perhaps is chasing the cats and then letting them chase me!
 
I have a handyman business and it keeps me active. Up and down ladders a lot, lifting semi heavy objects, etc.
 
Hiking is my go to. Besides that, I do some dancing for cardio (and a bit of fun let's be honest) but because of work I haven't really been able to make it to any socials.
 
I'm an avid hiker, love love LOVE to be outdoors, and am quite comfy camping and backpacking. What do you do to keep active and fit?
I'm a long distance runner, weightlifter for tone. If I'm injured in can't run I either swim or cycle
 
Have just started doing 10,000 steps a day. But love beach walking even though that sounds boring, but used to do crossfit before my back injury ?
