I do exercises daily and I speed walk 2 miles every day if the weather is permitting. Besides that doing work around the ranch can be a full workout sometimes too.
Same here, work + keeping my dog exercised is already enough to leave me exhausted every day. Lets me be lazy when I'm at home ?Work, work, more work. At least I get paid for my exercise so can't complain. In all honesty, I really don't see a need for me to require any sort of exercise outside of work so I just don't. Laziness might play a part in that decision
It was last years NY resolution.Backpacking has gone by the wayside, but a LOT more camping now (year round, nothing like a winter campout!). Recently got back to roadwork, so adding miles to my running shoes.
Has anyone made a new year's resolution about getting more fit, or maintaining it?

It is! too bad it isn't as popular as it once was, but that doesn't stop me from enjoying it.Slalom water skiing, that does sound very fun!
I work a very physical job, huffing 55 Gal drums full of "shelf expired" food stuffs, for the Animals at the Safari Park.
i want to do weighted vest runs eventuallyHey, cool question..I got started jogging when I lived in Phoenix but stopped. I've always walked. And I used to ride a bicycle everywhere. I want to get a bicycle again. I also do stuff like squats, knee ups and walking with 5lb weights in both hands, maybe pushups or repeated lifts of my 20 lb weight if I'm feeling hulkish. I used to do Kenpo but that had to end and I now am learning Tai Chi.
That's an awesome idea ?i want to do weighted vest runs eventually
