Hypatia, a brilliant Mathematician, was head of the Neoplatonist school at the University of Alexandria. She was Murdered and torn limb from limb by a crowd that claimed she was a Witch circa 440 ad.
1946...Ten years later I rode in one of these Compartments with my Family....In that day, the Train went from Penn Station to Watertown NY, on Lake Ontario, in about 20 hours. It rolled down Mainstreet, literally, and stopped at the Door of the very best Hotel in town. That was saying something, because One of FW Woolworth's first Five and Dimes was right there on that square
