And my last one.. This photo by Aman Chokshi shows a giant telescope at a US research station at the South Pole against a backdrop of spectacular aurora borealis australis. Every day during their 14-month stay, Chokshi and a colleague walked the one-kilometer walk to the telescope in temperatures ranging from minus 50 to minus 70 degrees Celsius to remove snow.

The Northern Lights are such a Extraordinary Natural Phenomenon. 😲
🙏Thank You @Blacksoul for this & the rest of these Stunning pics. 👌👌

I know that.
It just got mixed up because the author wrote Aurora Borealis instead of Aurora Australis.
So why Tell Me ?????
I DIDN'T POST IT
Should you not have mentioned it to him
As YOU said the Author wrote it & NOT ME
so it Seems pointless telling Me.

Instead of you I wrote in small letters. No need to shout.

So What's it got to do with me, I didnt post it, all I did was comment on it.
I've looked through & you still haven't mentioned it to the postee.

Is this the new way of doing it, tell whoever comments that they've done wrong ????

You wrote aurora borealis even it is from Antartica. Another user commented, and I made a remark that it should be southern light. Which to my surprise offended other users.
I just wanted to say : on Antarctica it is Aurora Australis.

Bit Late now isn't it.

@Humanimal

So we needed a whole frikkin' page to establish this as an error? How about, the next time, just shut up? Humanimal, thats directed particularly at you. Blacksoul and some others are relatively new here...you are not. Either learn to be charitable or go away. There's a thousand other threads...
try one...or create one of your own. We're all tired of it
