Moderator approval message

Hi u all!
I've seen on my last sent messages the quote "This message is awaiting moderator approval, and is invisible to normal visitors". Are all messages being moderated or maybe only mines? How could I manage with a moderator to understand?

Combatting Spam accounts and New Forum Rules.

Due to the amount of spam accounts, we have restricted the PM function again. -New accounts will be REQUIRED to make at minimum 10 forum posts in relevant sections (not fun and games) to gain access to the PM function. This is due to ongoing spam and harassment of newly made user accounts...

Mine is not a new account, and I have quite more than 10 forum posts... don't think that's the right reason for...

It was more a suggestion to ask about the issue in that thread, the recent changes are likely related.
 
Probably a thing due to an very nasty person that is constantly creating new accounts to post disgusting gore stuff of animals bering slaughtered and people getting beheaded.
 
I’m not getting that message. It seems to be a common occurrence with accounts ranked as tourists.
