Moderator approval message

Hi u all!
I've seen on my last sent messages the quote "This message is awaiting moderator approval, and is invisible to normal visitors". Are all messages being moderated or maybe only mines? How could I manage with a moderator to understand?

It was more a suggestion to ask about the issue in that thread, the recent changes are likely related.

Probably a thing due to an very nasty person that is constantly creating new accounts to post disgusting gore stuff of animals bering slaughtered and people getting beheaded.

I’m not getting that message. It seems to be a common occurrence with accounts ranked as tourists.
