The zeta is new to me. Whats the meaning behind that one?

Its just a community identifier for zoos. Nothing much behind it I dont think. The zeta is new to me. Whats the meaning behind that one?
Ahh ok, I thought there might have been some sort of meaning behind it which is why it was in use. Seems odd its just a random symbol? Its just a community identifier for zoos. Nothing much behind it I dont think.
actually it does have a meaning.. it is the identifier for zoos who hold their partners with as high esteem as they would any human they love, believing the object of their affection is just as important or even more so than themselves. they are hard set against cruelty of any kind and are very private in their practice, as in they don't ever let the cat out of the bag, so to say... i just recently read about it, so my understanding of it may be slightly off, but im sure it was something to this effectAhh ok, I thought there might have been some sort of meaning behind it which is why it was in use. Ahhh, the ideology behind the symbol makes a lot more sense to me now! i found out about this when following the Zooier Than Thou podcst, which you can find on the homepage here... its a great place to learn more on the subject of our interestAhhh, the ideology behind the symbol makes a lot more sense to me now! Thanks for sharing!
Why the choice of that symbol though I wonder? Also, was there somewhere that you can share that you found this or that you've been reading up on it? While I've been into this life for a long time, I've only recently decided to try and find like minded people, so I'm unfamiliar with anywhere else that might have information about us. I've heard of some places that no longer exist, sadly, but other than that, I'm basically new.
I'm not saying that's a bad idea, but it faces the issue that Celtic knots are already a common symbol.Maybe we adopt a sort of Celtic knot design. A "knot" that signals to others what we are.

If we were going to go that route you would need to be a very distinct shape to the knot that is instantly recognizable but doesn't set off
Something like this? (Just a quick sketch)It would have to be a very specific design but groups co-opt symbols all the time. I don't have any designs off hand that I could use as examples, but how much different would it be from a paw-print or Zeta symbol?
That's really good!Something like this? (Just a quick sketch)
Definitely would get leaked out the minute the dots are connectedThe idea of this has been around for ages and it always hits the same problem.Secret codes for zoo lovers
I know the title of the thread may sound like a james bond movie lol. But I want to know if there are codes you use to let other people know you are into zoo (of course I´m talking about codes that only another zoophile would understand so in case someone that doesn´t like it sees/hears the...www.zoovilleforum.net
It will not be a secret for a long time.
Seriously, how can you tell if a Single woman is intoThere was another thread about flag waving, and signs that someone might be into bestiality, and it got me wondering how others go nosing around to find out if someone is into bestiality. You know, without straight up asking, "hey man, do you like dog dicks?"
I have written some bestiality stories before, and when talking to people, I would always mention that I write. I might ask someone if they want to read some of my stuff, and if they say yes, that's usually my best "in."
I link them to the more normal stuff, or maybe just the list of stories, and tell them to be careful of what they click on, cause some might be things they don't want to read. I might hint at it, and mention that maybe it's a commission, or something I thought would be fun because it's just fantasy.
Other times, I've shown pics or gifs to people of furry art that have feral characters in it, and try to lead the convo that way, probing to see if they like it, and then send more and more risque stuff to see what their response is. It's hard to actually detail that, because it's different person to person, and can be dangerous and tedious to do. Though, starting it that way usually provides a good fallback of "Oh, I just like it in art/stories," so you can pretend you're not really into it.
If they get through "preliminary testing", then I might even mention that someone sent me something real once, and that I didn't know how to feel about it. Some get intrigued, others don't. If they're intrigued, I'm like, "well, maybe I can find it if you wanna see," and just lead the convo on from there.
What about all of you? How do you go about it?
just a thought.we could attach this to our profile to let others know we like
