yeah those are usually monumental buildings, lots of paperwork. I'm doing lots of kade renovations so have lots to do with those things. And most of the time the fundation is to the bami and still you can't do anything that normaly wouldn't be a problem. but wel living in a "grachtenpand" is beautiful.I live in "grachtenhuis "( if it is the right word ) , above my own cafe , build somewhere in the 1800's . partly isolated now, not always have enough money to go on with the isolation and many permits from cityhall needed
Ah yeah that's really understandable.I live in "grachtenhuis "( if it is the right word ) , above my own cafe , build somewhere in the 1800's . partly isolated now, not always have enough money to go on with the isolation and many permits from cityhall needed
Can't get those kind of building (affordable) cut of gas, that's not going to work. So wel the government bent you over a barrel on that oneAh yeah that's really understandable.
As rheagar said, monumental buildings are really beautiful but also really pricy in upkeep and renovations.
And that with everyone yelling about sustainability...
Yeah the government barks a lot, but not in the right way.. so they can put that barrel ***?Can't get those kind of building (affordable) cut of gas, that's not going to work. So wel the government bent you over a barrel on that one
