More of a cold night at the moment xP
haha in the netherlands it's always autumn, at the coast it's always windy and rains a whole bunch.
Yeah. Almost all year i have the cental heating on in this country

18 degrees here more than enough. But I also have a fireplace so not really fair to compaire
I don't drink but live near the ocean so that's good.
I'm still lucky with the fixed price from before it went skye high. But still it's a but hurt for next winter, already sore in anticipation

For just the heating? Holy smokes...
We live in an apartment with central heating, which has a fixed price.. thank God for that

I live in "grachtenhuis "( if it is the right word ) , above my own cafe , build somewhere in the 1800's . partly isolated now, not always have enough money to go on with the isolation and many permits from cityhall needed
yeah those are usually monumental buildings, lots of paperwork. I'm doing lots of kade renovations so have lots to do with those things. And most of the time the fundation is to the bami and still you can't do anything that normaly wouldn't be a problem. but wel living in a "grachtenpand" is beautiful.

Ah yeah that's really understandable.
As rheagar said, monumental buildings are really beautiful but also really pricy in upkeep and renovations.
And that with everyone yelling about sustainability...
Can't get those kind of building (affordable) cut of gas, that's not going to work. So wel the government bent you over a barrel on that one
