Nope...Ive always picked my poisons very carefully....Although the important one was convinced I was ghosting her til the minute I knocked on the Room Door....Underground Garages have lousy phone signals....she was in tears....But we fixed that quick.

More or less. Most of it is still groundwater from a nearby river coming out of my wells, not coming from above in form of rain, but at the end it's all the same.

Have you ever bought something brand new and expensive, just to see that it doesn't show any function / reaction thanks to missing quality control?
 
Oh, I see - you had quite the misfortune with several quality control issues. I wonder if they did a test run on factory to check for potential leakages - should be a must-have, such a verification of the sealing concepts in place.

That reads like a hassle, even more, if those stacked machines are hard to mount / dismount due to limited room around. I hope after the other replacement there didn't occur any further problem so far?

Hmm, somewhat, yes. A well in one of the two buildings at the cellar area which can basically flood the lower areas if not managed well. And the other one is fortunately raised on quite a plateau, as there were flood damages for the region quite often while mine didn't suffer much (only the lower sheds got a bit wet).

But I as well have around 6 pumps, depending if the temporary ones are at work - and automatic sensors which recognize raising water levels. As such not a real problem. It's not like there would be waves or hurricanes around my places.
