Some zoos allow you to enter with a dog and you could kiss him. It's a fun thing to do, going to the zoo with a relaxed dog.

When my dog still lived, we had a tradition of going to zoo on every Chrismas eve. But nothing special is done for animal visitors here. But it was still so nice - animals at zoo tend to be so bored of humans, but when they see or scent another animal, they are often very interested and come really close :)
