I don't really care. My ex didn't shave and it didn't matter that much for me. Enjoyed eating her out anyway.
My wife does shave and I enjoy that very much, but I don't care if she forgets or is to lazy to shave for a time.
 
I prefer it hairy. Not only it's healthier, it's more mature and just seems natural to me (because it is). I haven't seen that much hairy vaginas out there due they are rare as unicorns these days (shout out to the porn industries!). It's stupid to call it a fetish, because it shouldn't be one. I don't have a strong preference-- though I like some variety, so I like when partners change it up sometimes-- but if I had to choose I generally like it neatly trimmed.
