Do you think the site should have some alert sound to notify us of new messages?

I feel that this happens to many of us, and it usually happens that we receive messages and we don't know it because there is no type of alert or anything that lets us know with a sound, they believe that there is some possibility that this is possible.

The notifications are broken at least on TOR. So a sound would not fix it.
Reload the page and look for the notification icon that briefly flashes for half a second.

Yip, only way is to refresh page, notification icon will show. Its was frustrated on BeastForum that anyone replying to a topic or send me a message that it will beep with screen notifications through my email address when I had my data on day and night, had to change the settings. And it will be annoying if the notifications on here will beep of every reply on a thread
