Do you mean you gave up smoking for good 5 years ago, or do you mean you stopped for 5 years and started smoking again after that? If you did start smoking again I'd be curious what made you go back to it?

My last cigarette was in 2014. I wasn't addicted but I smoked them occasionally.
I quit after I realized I didn't get much from them and they were probably the most unhealthiest thing I had ever done.
I still smoke pot on my days off though.

I was never a heavy smoker, but I did smoke one or two cigarettes a day back in my youth. Nowadays I only smoke tobacco if life is very bad or I'm very stressed out. I go through phases smoking weed, but have on and off my whole life. Being a marathon runner means I have to be careful about my consumption though.

I smoked weed daily for years, and finally decided enough was enough when I realised what an effect it was having on me and the things I was missing in life as a result. Tapered down the amount I smoked and then quit cold turkey a few months back. I would love to go back to enjoying it while camping and the likes, but I think it's best that I give it a while longer.

I do vape nic still though. Would love to quit that too, but one thing at a time.

Personally I think smoking tobacco and vaping are disgusting selfish habits that poison the air around you. but I generally keep that to myself. this being the exception because it was a question about it lol IRL I just ignore it and move along.

Im okay with vaping ppl, at least it doesn't stink disgusting.

There should be more options. I never smoke cigarettes and if there's weed, I might smoke it, but it can go a year or more between puffs.
Rarely for both should be options, IMO.
And then there can be the "I didn't inhale" option but let's just ignore that. LOL.
