That is exactly how I’ve always thought. If someone wasn’t there to see it as it happened then they would of had to see it on the internet and what exactly where you doing on a sight to have “randomly” come across a video w/ someone you know. I’ve never heard of anyone’s punishment extending beyond a fine or some sort of monetarily motivated outcome where only sex was involved. I’m sure they (the authorities) assume that the public shame of being caught is punishment enough and they can make a little bit of coin for themselves.
