I also first did it with a medium chance! There's something amazing about that feeling of being filled deep inside. But it did take patience. I don't know if the toy actually bent that much or if I was just rearranging my insides lol, especially because it was flared :p

im up to a large now, i feel like its a bit of both, toy flexes one way and guts flex the other and meet in the middle
 
I've recently got one of the Shokusho tentacles from primal hardware, I had wanted one since I saw Lexa Lite on PornHub use them. Probably the best and easiest for depth play I've found.

Do be careful. Tears usually heal alright but can cause trouble down the road. If you aren't used to it after a couple times then you might want to switch to something smaller.

I have been using smaller for years. This is just a hair larger but is also softer.

I asume the ones taking stallions or even mini stallions must have straighten their sigmoid bend somewhat . Cuz Rectal canal is no more than 6-7 inch max .

So in answering your Question start thin and soft with some extra length and pace yourself - don't force it as it will hurt but if you take your time and enjoy the feeling it will become a bit addictive for some.
fixable soft toys are always the best, always use toy safe lube so they last you years.

Nice collection. I can go 16-17 inches deep with a stud dildo off amazon. At depth about 2.5 inches. At ass opening about 3.75
 
I've been working on a large Rex now. I'm able to knot a m/s egg plug about the same size as rex but its hard getting rex's knot in.
