Combatting Spam accounts and New Forum Rules.

You should be able to PM now. The thing about the forum software is that it sometimes takes a few minutes to register a change to an account privilege. The same things happens when your are awarded a "Trophy" for hitting a certain amount of posts/likes. You may hit the required amount of posts/likes and not be awarded the "Trophy" and "Point count" score bump until 1-5 minutes after hit the required amount.

I usually just log out and log back in. For me that usually makes the changes.

Take it as a compliment maybe? As a newbie (we only joined a few days ago) it is a big step to both signup and to then start exploring the site as well. Its a big learning process when as a newbie you don’t have the confidence in the how and why of what you doing and then add the complexity of what is actually happening. Perhaps whoever followed you saw a commonality from your posts with themselves and was bookmarking this to learn more.

Just never post any images of yourself. No matter where you are on the Internet, it's likely to attract unwanted attention. Don't engage in the kinds of topics the troublemakers go to either, that way you don't get their attention during their wank visits and they won't even know you exist.

Yes I do take it as a complement in general, but I also like to be able to know something about who is following me as I try to customise my thanks for their follow based on what I can see from their profile. So when there is absolutely nothing there at all. It makes me wonder why they chose me.

So ZT If they can't send PM's can they still receive them from longer term members? I can see instances where being able to PM someone who is new and might be doing something wrong without realising it might be useful. Then again I guess if they aren't posting and can't PM I suppose there is little they could be doing wrong. Except silly stuff like using a photo of themselves as their profile pic.

Tell ya what, Make a group page, and enjoy hundreds of fake profiles messaging you daily, that you have to click on one by one to clear or try and decide if it's a real profile or not to expect to your beloved private group. I'm almost betting 75 % of mares and mares and stallions groups both are either no longer with us or fake as fuck.

I think wiping profiles that haven't been active since 2019 would be cool lol. At least clear the threads, because half of them that long ago you can't see anyway. I may be wrong but it feels that way to me. Be cool if we could wipe all the group requests at once in pm. Be able to select or check box them when you got like 15 in a row with no pic, no info, no activity points. That make since ? I know I sound dumb ASF probably but it would help group owners a lot and save time going through pm.

I'm pretty sure this change was brought about just to combat those that set up accounts and harass others, as apposed to stop those shyer among us from just observing the happenings and probably the porn :gsd_wink: on the site.

I know some people are more comfortable with animals and engaging with other humans can feel scary at times, so I guess it's just easier to just watch until you can build up your confidence.

Unfortunately spam hits everywhere you go. To many out there that can’t communicate and want a cheap thrill. I hope this slows down the spam.

a very good thing this rules, too many new accounts that do not participate and only copy the contents of this group from regular users. Multiple reposting, subtibilation of content to other places whose author appropriates the merits of being the main author. I am for the establishment of a lock for new members not to have access to photos and videos content only after having published several content ...

I can't agree with that. As much as I don't use the porn section and don't really care for the idea of this site being used just for porn. Restricted access and download quotas/caps was one of the worst aspects of BF and its sister tube sires. I had an account on BF but never used it for anything for no other reason than everything being post locked. Fuck that.

What I don't like about new members is that they copy content from here to elsewhere and I've seen this through a Google account before. Also sharing some very basic and very old old content in this group just to get points ... it bothers me a lot.
