Penis size is individual and therefore not very predictable. Let alone the fact that you want a dog that is smaller but has the penis of a large dog. That is very improbable. Pick a breed that fits your lifestyle, financial possibilities and the level of attention you can give to the dog and do not focus on the size of the penis. You are not buying a sex toy, but a sentient being you will have to take care for for the next 15 years.

Yes sure. We like dogs regardless of the idea of having sex with them. The question about the penis is because it is relevant to this subject.
