Does anyone make any penetrable plushie toys?

I think it's typically commissioned or done all on your own?
I've been looking into it myself, but i haven't gotten far at all.. The dream would be gettinga high end plushie, like from Hansa, getting the appropriate toy, and finding someone to do a little fusion for you.
I don't know how to attach and secure a silicone toy to a plushy such that it could withstand any use, though.
