I wanted a breed that was more loving towards humans(and I like furry dogs)

I'd try to do the tiniest answers to your points according to my opinion/experience (i can get other opinions from these), if you want to get more info well, you have the links posted in here

This is related to how you raise the dog, not the breed actually, even the smallest chihuahua may be more difficult to handle than some mastiffs. The selection could be more "sexual oriented" and the short answer is "look for a dog of YOUR size and activities". Just don't harm any dog

¬ What training should I do?

I'm not focused on training, i think there's no training actually, but just trying in "your way" or "soft ways" that you are sexually attracted to the dog and using body language, rest is about the dog's decision to try or not

¬ When should I start training with her?

As long as it's around +1,5 years or so it would be okay, even +2 years i'd say, some dogs are naive below that age
