It does, because your links included a juvenile animal being used as arguably a sex toy. If anything using that animal in that way is mishandling.
And you did not read the rules about reptiles. So sexual content involving reptiles is against the rules.
The second link you posted was someone stuffing a tongue into a reptile's cloaca.

Discussions/approval/defense of pedophilia, hebephilia, MAP or any other form of pedophilia is not allowed and will result in a ban. Posting underage content in any form will also result in a ban. If the human appears to be underaged, we will treat the content as being underage.
