Should bestiality be legal

I feel as though it should be legal, however of course have certain laws in place to protect animals that are not compatible or may not be able to show concent, such as the laws that are in place for us humans. The animal has to be of age, and able to be compatible without getting hurt in the action, no only that, but willing. There us allot to take into account haha

As long as the animal shows no signs of neglect or abuse or is in pain. I think it's fine. It was legal in Denmark all the way up to 2018. They made it illegal cause lot of countries did not legalized it.

But I can imagine the legalese, the piles of paperwork that would come with the legalization.
I think it should be legal but also viewed from society that it is not "sick minded perverts" who enjoy this.
But plenty of rules and regulations need to be made. Dogs can't consent verbally. I know male dogs will fuck if they want to fuck. Female dogs may not have that luxury.
Would people be getting dogs and asking if they are going to have sex with the dog and have to see a vet every few months to make sure the dog is not being harmed?

Yes. As long as the animal is showing that he/she WANTS it then i see nothing wrong with it.

Exactly and it doesn't have to be legal, only not condemned if it would be legal there should have more acts of cruelty against animals, we just needs to live in peace with our animals and don't hurts them, only love

Bestiality should be legal but only to allow the free will to "procreate" with your animals. I feel like there should still be plenty of anti animal abuse laws to remain intact. Sex is a passion every creature craves so as long as the creature says yes, why would it be illegal.
I think it should be decriminalised, not necessarily legalised. In that way you can also put in place stronger abuse laws against harming animals and with it a discussion openly about what mutually beneficial sex between human and animal might look like. This would open up the conversation and de-stigmatise the practise. That conversation amongst academics, medicos and the like would also allow for the acceptance of it in our society more broadly. It cant happen over night but it is possible because we all know that these relationships are fulfilling, loving, healing etc.

For the time being: Every sexuality or sexual act that follows this rule should be considered legal and embraced by society as good because it's between loving and consenting partners. It's augmenting happiness and not inflicting harm.
By the way only the beings involved can decide about participation and consent, no external entity. Regardless of the ability to vocally express the willingness. Body language is also a valid language.

The dwellers in the dark caves MAY have thought it okay; we don't know what they thought and will likely never know. Representations of humans as part-animals In early art do not necessarily indicate wishes or realities. They do indicate awareness of SOME animal traits as desirable. The Native American Totem is an example.
NO ONE should have to fear people condemning what goes on behind closed doors, or the consequences of harmless acts.
The Goddess teaches us, "An it hurt no one, do ye as ye will". Judeo X-Tian and most other septs, cults and sects of religious bent Teach otherwise, and that presents the big problem. Two percent or less of humans are a tiny minority.

I certainly think it should be, just so that there can be regulations put in place to protect animals more, as regardless of if it's a crime or not, it's going to happen; this whole forum is proof. It would just allow those who participate more protection and make it safer and more ethical.

I agree!... I find myself here because my girl actually initiated with me and decided that she likes it so I never stop her when she wants! I offer and if she isn't interested I move on.. but 99% of the time she wants! I count myself lucky!
