yes the one OrcaOnTheInternet posted interior is of a molded dolphin vagina feels very realistic the first version had a realistic external face as well with slits one the sides but they changed it because of bestiality laws in some countries much easier to sale them when they look normal they even made some base from sharks, sea turtle, deer, seal, otter, and a cat which are discontinued now and cost a fortune if you do find one for sale found a shark one for sale on ebay it looked like a submarine with shark fins and they wanted $600 for it and someone bought it so they are collectors items I think lol.

ok my mistake the reason for the change wasn't because of a law it was because of public outrage to bestiality in Japan

for those on a budget here's a toy that feels similar to the orca 2 it cost any where from $15 to $30 depending on where you buy it. I bought mine from Amazon 3 years ago and its still going strong same with my orca 2

I can give a +1 to the suggestion of Gaudy Gryphons Cassy, unfortunately I cannot say if it's realistic or not, but it's similar enough to the dolphin onahole while being made of far more durable materials and open backed to make cleaning less of a chore

the Gaudy Gryphons Cassy looks very nice and it has a hole in the back of it I've been looking for a toy like this to mode with a breast pump to give a realistic pulsation
 
Forgot about this one it feels amazing but is 2 pounds so don't know if it would fit but if any one wants to buy a toy that feels a little more flesh like/realistic than the orca 2 I recommend this toy but the interior has started to come apart after 2 years of use a known flaw with toys that are dual layered.
