@pes second mealworms they are delicious. Especially with some hot sauce.

As for earthworms, nope. One of my favorite parasites ever, the Giant Kidney worm Diactophyma, uses earthworms as part of the life cycle for its eggs. I would not want to join that life cycle, thanks!

Risk getting parasites and illness for $20, where do I sign up?
/S
Oh. That is another thing I hadn't considered. It was just about ickiness of eating a live earthworm freshly plucked from the ground. Should I change the quiz? Restart? How about assume there is no danger of parasites. I have no idea what the likelihood of that is, I can't come up with a realistic payoff.

Didn't some young Aussie lad do this as a dare some years back, ended up basically brain dead and died recently afaik. So no, I'd rather pay you double to eat it yourself.

Actually scrap that, it was a slug and he survived for 8 years somehow, give me two worms to go.

Can I put a worm inside of something tasty (e. g. burger) and eat it, or I have to eat only a worm without anything else?
No, it has to be the main thing, fresh from the dirt. But sauce? Uh, Yeah, that might count? The nightcrawler has to be the main ingredient.

Y'all keep coming up with stuff I hadn't considered. Good on ya. ... But now I have to consider it, you basterds!!!

Oh, wiping as much dirt off, and rinsing it first is allowed.

I ate this last night. Does that count? Lol

No. That is not an annelid. People pay to eat that raw.

p.s. I've had octopus (tako) in sushi, but only cooked. I haven't been brave enuf to try it raw. But hell yeah, if I'm paid for it.

By the way, it took a lot of restraint not to make the old obvious puns.
You're welcome.

I'm spoiled because I used to work for a Japanese company and they had a sushi bar in the cafeteria! Yummy!
Yeah, I paid dearly for this and a lot of other yummy stuff.
